OC - FEJS Slovenia For those who want to take care of their food and lodging themselves or can not decide so far in advance. For 60 € you can join us for the weekend programme – Friday’s auction, saturday’s trip with lunch and the 25th AC party. IMPORTANT: Due to the arrangements and expenses that come with the celebrations and the trip, we WILL NOT accept any guests who do not announce their presence in advance and pay the fee. The FEJS will celebrate it’s 25th anniversary this year at the Annual Congress in Ljubljana, Slovenia, from the 6th to the 11th of April. We are looking for old FEJSers who want to come and celebrate and share experiences from past events and happenings with the new FEJSers that will attend the AC. If you are interested in coming to Ljubljana to meet up with old friends from all over Europe, take a look at the Slovenian site for the Annual Congress. The application deadline is the 15th of February.

Would you like to join us for an unfamiliar experience, namely, the next Task Force Meeting taking place in Bulgaria?
Where: The small student town of Blagoevgrad welcomes you for two days and three nights of tiring discussions and moderate, almost-Greece-like weather.
Dates: Between the 12th and the 15th of February, 2010.
Subject: Discussions about FEJS Finances (Solidarity Fund Policies, the FEJS membership fees)
Participation Fee: 75 Euro which will cover the accommodation and meals during your stay in Blagoevgrad.
The deadline to apply is December 13, 2009. Please fill in the application form here.
Limit: 20 participants
More details (arrival time, exact location, exact discussion plan, and so on) will be given in the confirmation letter of participation that will be sent on December 18, 2009.

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to participate in the upcoming General Assembly (GA) of 2009 that will take place in Ede in the Netherlands from the 29th of October to the 2nd of November!
We, the Supervisory Board (SB) and Secretariat (SEC), along with the Organising Committee (OC) of the Netherlands team are excited to be preparing this particular meeting, for it is of great importance for the future of FEJS.
Unfortunately there will be no visits to coffee places *wink* but we promise parties and alcohol after every day of hard work during the workshops J
What you need to know: At this GA the FEJS bodies will present the plans for the future of FEJS, in order to make it an NPO (as promised in the GA of 2008 in Ghent), the election of 5 new Supervisory Board members from different countries, the election of a new Secretariat from one country and to vote upon various matters concerning FEJS that will be discussed in workshops during the GA in Ede.
The participation fee is 120 €. Please note that you are required to pay 20 € in advance in order to secure your place once accepted at the GA. You will receive more haspsoftware information in the confirmation letter.

Please note that we only have 47 places available, so selection will be quite difficult for us.
